Expressive Minds partners with schools to deliver engaging, creative and practical enrichment programmes during school holidays and throughout the academic year. Our flexible approach allows schools to introduce additional experiences for pupils through holiday activities, breakfast and after-school provision, and creative projects developed in partnership with schools.
Three ways we can work with your school, on your site and shaped around your timetable.
HOLIDAY ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMES
Structured creative programmes delivered during school holidays, combining practical activities and project-based learning. Schools can explore full-week programmes or selected days, with food, trips and additional activities agreed as part of delivery.
BREAKFAST CLUB
A calm, welcoming start to the school day with gentle morning activities and breakfast where agreed, giving children time to settle before class.
AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT
Ongoing creative projects, play, movement and quieter choices at the end of the school day, with snacks where arranged and collection agreed with the school.
HOW A SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP CAN WORK
Step 1
TELL US WHAT YOU NEED
Share the days, times, pupil numbers, spaces available and what you want the club or programme to achieve.
Step 2
WE SHAPE THE MODEL
Together we agree the programme mix, staffing, routines, use of space, food arrangements and safeguarding responsibilities.
Step 3
WE PREPARE TOGETHER
We plan parent communication, bookings or referrals, handovers and the practical steps needed before launch.
Step 4
WE REVIEW DELIVERY
We stay in touch with the school and make practical adjustments as a programme settles and develops.
FLEXIBLE PARTNERSHIP MODELS
SCHOOL BASED DELIVERY
We can run agreed clubs and activities from your school premises using spaces and routines planned with your team.
COMMISSIONED OR BLOCK DELIVERY
Schools or partners can agree a set number of sessions, days or places across a term or holiday period.
HOLIDAY CLUB PARTNERSHIP
A holiday only model for schools that want creative provision during selected school breaks.
BREAKFAST AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Schools can choose one or both wraparound clubs, with delivery shaped around the start and end of the school day.
CREATIVE PROJECT DAYS
One off or short programme days can bring Story Makers, cooking, growing, digital or creative projects into the school calendar.
